- Youtube is used as a source of digital media advertising because it is easy to use, easy to access and thousands of people use it daily (mainly for entertainment).
- Sites such as these offer news and advertisements all the time and it is continually being updated. Our society is about quick, easy and efficient services, which these things provide. They are popular also because rather than waiting to the end of the news to see the sports results, you can look them up in a few minutes on the Internet.

Our progress with the work has been fairly slow and it seems like there is so much content to cover. we don’t really know where to start or how to start it.
We had better get a kick start soon or we will really get crunched at crunch time.

The frustrations I’ve had so far include being a bit lost on what to do, I don’t really know all of my group members, there seems to be a very large workload and not everyone is working to their full potential.
The cause of these frustrations I think has already been covered.

A beatitude means to me a promise of happiness and prosperity, if we fulfill our part.
The purpose of the beatitiudes is to say what is in store for us if live as a witness to christ and and don’t back down at the time of testing.
Blessed are the merciful,
for they shall obtain mercy. inspiring people of faith put this beatitude into practice by giving mercy out to others expecting nothing in return.
One example of this would be mother theresa constantly giving mercy to the sick and dying of calcutta.

One award program is young Australian of the year, another is the Darwin awards and also the ARIA’s. The young aus of the year is for outstanding young australians who deserve something for their achievements. The Darwin awards are for stupid ways that people hurt themselves and the ARIA’s are for the Australian Records Industry Awards.

young Australian of the year criteria

Nominees must be Australian citizens.

Awards will not be granted posthumously.

State and federal politicians and vice-regal officers are not eligible.

Groups of people or couples will not normally be eligible though in exceptional cases the selection panels reserve the right to consider such nominations.

At the national level a person cannot receive a second award in the same awards category, but can be considered for recognition in a separate category in following years eg. Young Australian of the Year and then Australian of the Year. At the state/territory level a person can be awarded the same award in subsequent years unless they have received the award at the national level.

Unsuccessful nominees may be re-nominated in subsequent years.

Eligibility in individual awards:
- All nominees will be considered for the Australian of the Year Award
- Nominees aged 60 years and over on 26 January 2008 will also be considered for the Senior Australian of the Year Awards
- Nominees aged 16 to 25 on 26 January 2008 will also be considered for the Young Australian of the Year Award
- All nominees will be considered for Australia’s Local Hero Award. -
Individuals can be nominated in only one state/territory e.g. a person who has recently moved interstate will be eligible for consideration in only one location. Selection panels may choose to contact the nominee for them to determine which location is most appropriate.

Darwin awards criteria
Removal from the gene pool (dead or sterile,) self-selection, veracity, maturity, excellence
the ARIA’s
1. The Hall of Fame recognises four categories of music – pop/rock, jazz, classical and country;
2. The nominees’ careers must have commenced, and ideally achieved significant prominence, at least 20 years prior to the year of proposed induction;
3. Membership into the Hall of Fame is reserved exclusively for the creators of recorded music – the writers, the recording artists, and in some cases, the producers;
4. The nominees must be responsible for a significant body of recorded work;
5. The nominees work must have had a cultural impact within Australia and/or recognition within the world marketplace.
